Beta Theta Pi – Gamma Tau since 1947 has been one of the most historic fraternities in North America. Our core values of mutual assistance, responsible conduct, trust, intellectual growth and integrity, promote leadership in the Men of Principle we develop. This brotherhood includes a legacy of Vice Presidents, Prime Ministers, Senators, House Representatives, Supreme Court Justices, Fortune 500 CEOs, Olympic gold medalists and Nobel Prize winners.
The Chi Phi fraternity was the first ever social fraternity founded in 1824. Our Eta Delta chapter was founded in 1934. After recently moving to a new house on the row, Chi Phi continues to create unbreakable bonds between brothers and promote an environment of truth, honor, and personal integrity.
The University of Southern California has one of the strongest histories of Greek Life in the country, and since our founding in 1941, the Delts of the Delta Pi chapter have had one of the richest and most storied fraternal traditions in Trojan Greek Life.
The Beta Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Order was founded on May 21, 1926. The philosophy of the Order is that the acquisition of knowledge and the development of character are the great goals of life. Through fellowship and brotherhood, KA seeks to teach men to be leaders; to be brave, self-reliant, and to continually strive to better themselves.
The Delta-Eta chapter of Kappa Sigma was founded in 1925 and has remained in the same house at 928 W 28th St. ever since. The Delta-Eta chapter continues to promote its founding values of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, and Service.
The Lambda Chi Alpha Zeta Delta Chapter of Southern California was founded in 1946. The brotherhood is dedicated to enhancing the college experience and fostering leadership, mentorship, and enduring relationships by embodying the fraternity’s traditions and values. Lambda Chi Alpha’s Seven Core Values are Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Service & Stewardship, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.
The University Park California Delta chapter of Phi Delta Theta was established in 1948 – the national fraternity’s centennial year – and officially chartered as one of California’s youngest fraternities on January 30, 1949. The California Delta founders envisioned a bonded brotherhood compatible with the ambitious yet welcoming and accepting culture of both the university and Los Angeles, with each member being dedicated to social and scholastic excellence and service to others above self during the most pivotal period in their lives.
The Omega Deuteron chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa was established on the corner of Hoover and 28th street almost 100 years ago and to this day continues to promote its founding principles of brotherhood, scholarship, and character.

The Pi chapter of Phi Kappa Tau was founded in 1922, making it one of the oldest fraternities on the row. After its recent re-chartering, the chapter has stayed true to the fraternity values of brotherhood, learning, leadership and exemplary character.
Our chapter at USC was founded in 1926 and immediately began to instore core values of leadership, integrity, and success in our young men. We stand today as one of the most impressive chapters of Pi Kappa Alpha that thrives from young men who share a common vision of our houses core values.

Sigma Alpha Mu’s University Park Chapter is located at 904 W. 28th Street, a few minutes from campus. Founded in 1948, the Mu Theta chapter and its 120 members embody the founding values of ΣΑΜ– innate brotherhood, supportive environment, and exceptional philanthropy.
The Alpha Upsilon chapter of Sigma Chi, the first fraternity at USC – the only fraternity at USC for 35 years – has a proud legacy of leadership and stands for the core values are Friendship, Justice and Learning.
Founded in 1930 , the Sigma Nu chapter at the University of Southern California is located at 660 W. 28th Street. The Epsilon Omicron chapter is one of the longest standing fraternities on campus and has had over 2,100 members walk through its halls. Sigma Nu’s founding principles are love, truth and honor and all Sigma Nu chapters are known to house snakes, including our very own pet python, Montwo.
With more than 150 members, the Beta-Sigma Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is the largest fraternity at Southern California and the largest TKE Chapter in the country. We excel in leadership, academics, athletics, and having a good time. Widely regarded as the fraternity offering the best overall undergraduate experience, we are a past recipient of the University President’s Award for Fraternal Excellence.
